IIC’s Software as a Service (SaaS) system eAROS continuously measures the status of the collaboration network generated by Enterprise social software (IBM Connections, Yammer, Jive, Telligent…) used to spur collaboration and exchange of information in the company’s or organization’s intranet.

eAROS captures the interactions between users of collaborative applications (communities, blogs, wikis, message boards, profiles, file exchange, calendars or shared calendars, bookmarks, etc.), maps their relationships graph and measures it with social network analysis algorithms.
